Kay Klos is the rare combination of an expert business communicator who is also proficient in the latest technical dissemination methods. Overseeing the Anheuser-Busch account since her arrival at NSI in 1999, Kay has worked with numerous clients throughout the corporation, providing strategic consultation, solution development and project management for countless programs. Her ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in wholesaler communication helped her play an instrumental role in building ABMarketing.com, A-B’s primary sales and marketing communication vehicle.

Recently, her understanding of the complex communication landscape of multi-layered organizations benefited another NSI client, The Coca-Cola Company. She is helping the company overhaul their sales and marketing communication system, which– when complete– will include a ubiquitous web portal and numerous connected interactive initiatives, including custom-designed software used by field sales to analyze, diagnose and implement proper placement of product.
