Lincoln Mercury Realizes Significant ROI with POS Management System
Lincoln Mercury has traditionally employed a dealer signage strategy for sales events by blanketing all of its dealerships with one standard-sized “kit” of Point of Sale materials. In reality, though, only a small percentage of the actual POS being produced was being displayed, resulting in cost inefficiencies for the automotive OEM.
